Good customer service starts with understanding each other
Less barriers, more communication.

The counter barrier has a solution.
Working behind a partition should not mean spending the day shouting and repeating the same sentence over and over again. INTERFON-W is the two-way intercom that brings naturalness back to your customer service points.

INTERFON-W and AUDIFON-V are the two solutions that any customer service point needs to communicate clearly.

FON SERIES – INTERFON-W and AUDIFON-V are the two audio solutions needed by any point-of-care with counter intercoms.
Audio solution at windows and counters to listen, understand and attend.
The FON SERIES offers professional communication solutions designed to provide clear and natural voice transmission in environments with physical barriers or background noise, such as counters, service counters or partitions.

These systems improve interaction between staff and users without the need to raise the voice, reducing the effort and facilitating communication for people with hearing difficulties.
At the customer service points, the problem is not that people do not want to communicate. It is that the environment prevents it.
At the customer service points, the problem is not that people do not want to communicate. It is that the environment prevents it.
The challenge is not just to hear louder.
It is to understand better.

Protective glass, partitions, background noise and the long hours of continuous service generate a chain of consequences: employees who strain their voices all day long, customers who do not understand what is being said to them, conversations that have to be repeated over and over again. And one part of the audience – people who wear hearing aids – is directly excluded from the conversation.
01
Immediate improvement of window communication
INTERFON-W allows the worker and the user to understand each other clearly, even if there is glass, a partition or physical separation between them.
02
More convenient communication for staff
The worker does not have to strain his voice throughout the day. He can speak naturally and the system takes care of amplifying the conversation.
03
Separate volume for interior and window
The volume on the interior side and the volume on the window side can be adjusted separately, i.e. it allows the sound to be adapted to each installation: a quiet office is not the same as a locker with street noise.
04
Total control from the point of care
The employee controls the communication easily from his workstation, without relying on complex systems due to the on/off button, volume control and mute buttons for interior and window.
05
Separate mute for privacy
The system allows audio muting on the interior side to handle sensitive information without the customer hearing what they should not, as well as on the counter side, as required.
It is especially useful for banks, administrations, healthcare facilities, reception areas and points where personal data or payments are handled.
06
Automatic communication and internal intercom priority
Automatic communication control facilitates a smoother conversation. In addition, the priority of the internal intercom allows the employee to maintain control of the exchange.
It is especially useful in environments with heavy foot traffic or where the operator needs to manage several tasks at the same time.
07
Anti-feedback system to avoid feedback
INTERFON-W incorporates an anti-feedback function, designed to reduce whistling, feedback or discomfort when microphones and loudspeakers are in close proximity.
08
LED indicators for easy daily use
The LED indicator lights allow the user to check the operating status of the equipment at a glance, so the user quickly knows whether the system is on, active or muted.
This reduces usage errors, especially at workstations shared by several employees or shifts.
09
Headphone jack
The headset input allows the operator to use the system in a more private or comfortable way.
It is especially useful for places with a lot of noise, continuous attention or need for greater discretion such as parking lots, sentry boxes, access controls, security offices or busy receptions.
10
Flexible and minimally invasive installation
The window intercom can be hung or glued directly to the glass with the double-sided adhesives supplied. It easily adapts to existing windows and partitions without the need for major modifications.

01
Makes point-of-care accessible to people with hearing aids
AUDIFON-V allows a person with a T-mode or Tele-coil compatible hearing aid to receive the employee’s voice directly into his or her hearing aid. It helps people with hearing aids to better understand staff at counters, counters and points of service.
It’s not just about turning up the volume. It’s about making the voice come through more clearly and directly to the user.
02
Improved understanding in noisy environments
It reduces the problem of ambient noise and helps the user to better hear the voice they really need to hear.
In an office, ticket office, reception or cashier’s office, there may be background noise: people talking, machines, traffic, public address or reverberation. For a person with a hearing aid, this noise can make conversation very difficult.
03
Specific solution for Tele-coil, not just a speakerphone
AUDIFON-V does not enhance sound for everyone; it directly helps those who use a compatible hearing aid. This clearly differentiates it from makeshift solutions based on loudspeakers or PA alone.

04
Complete kit for counter or window
AUDIFON-V is presented as a complete kit for counter or counter installation, which makes it very easy to sell and install. It is a closed and ready-to-install solution, without having to design the system from scratch.
05
Easy installation at the service station
It can be installed as a tabletop or under the table, depending on the needs of the space. It adapts to existing furniture without completely modifying the countertop.
This allows it to be installed in existing offices, receptions, cash desks or counters, without the need for major construction work.
06
Unobtrusive and clean installation
Being able to be placed under the table, the equipment can be discreetly integrated into the point of care. It improves accessibility without altering the aesthetics of the counter or taking up unnecessary space.
It is especially useful for banks, administrations, hotels, corporate receptions, museums or spaces where the image of the point of attention matters.
07
LED indicators to check operation
LED indicator lights make it easy to see the status of the system. Personnel can check at a glance whether the equipment is functioning properly.
This is important because the induction loop is not always “heard” in a way that is obvious to someone without a hearing aid. The LEDs help confirm that the system is operational.
08
Expandable to larger coverage areas
The system can be expanded up to 20 m² using a 4.5 x 4.5 m loop in 4 turns.
09
Coverage suitable for a single counter
It includes a 1.2 m² counter loop, sufficient to cover a specific point of attention.

International standards
IEC 60118-4
It defines the performance requirements for magnetic induction loop systems. Its objective is to guarantee hearing accessibility, ensuring that the transmitted sound is clear, undistorted and at the appropriate volume for users of hearing aids and cochlear implants equipped with telecoil (“T” position).
AUDIFON-V complies with this standard, making it suitable for meeting hearing accessibility requirements in any market that adopts it as a reference.
IN EUROPE
Regulations
Directive
EU 2019/882 – EAA
In force since June 2025 and mandatory in all member states, the European Accessibility Act states that points of public service must be compatible with assistive listening technologies, including Tele-coil induction telecoils.
IN SPAIN
Regulations
CTE DB SUA
The Technical Building Code requires that, if an accessible point of care has intercommunication, it must have a magnetic induction loop or other equivalent adapted system.
IN FRANCE
Regulations
ERP / IOP
Strict regulations for “Établissements Recevant du Public and Installations Ouvertes au Public“, requiring magnetic induction loops in multiple new construction and renovation scenarios.

“One of the nuances we took care of was the balance between clarity, discretion and integration. The system had to adapt to real environments – ticket counters, reception desks, banks, administrations or healthcare centers – without altering the aesthetics of the service station or complicating the operator’s work. That’s why we paid special attention to independent control, reduced coupling and visual indicators, so that daily use would be intuitive even at stations shared by several employees.”

Application guide
Selection of the intercommunication solution at the counters
The choice of window and counter intercom solution depends on auditory accessibility, regulatory compliance and the level of physical barrier encountered.
