HDMI Extension over Cat 6 Cable
Increases HDMI signal transmission distance up to 60 meters using Cat 6 cable.
Essential for transmitting HDMI signals over longer distances than those supported by regular HDMI cables, which generally do not support distances greater than 15 meters in the best case.
Using Cat 6 cables reduces installation costs and saves time. It makes running the cable through conduits and walls easier, decreasing the complexity and time required for installation.
Additionally, it transmits remote control signals from the TV receiver to the transmitter to control the receiver or player.
The system only requires power at the transmitter, while the receiver is powered via the Cat 6 cable (PoC), eliminating the need for an additional power supply and making installation hassle-free.
Perfect for installations where the receiver or player is far from the TV or projector, such as: exhibitions, shop windows, training classrooms, conference rooms, sports centers, bars, restaurants, etc.

| NOTE: | It is recommended to use high quality Cat 6 cables with FTP/SFTP shielding. Cables should have shielded connectors with the cable shielding connected to the connector shield. This improves the reliability of HDMI extenders, preventing ground loops produced when interconnecting devices (player/receiver and TV) with different ground references which may cause loss or break-up of the picture. |
