The Museum of Byzantine Culture is considered one of the best public architecture projects to be created in recent decades in Greece. It is both a historic monument and a work of art.
The museum is built on a plot of 15,439 square meters. The total installation area is of 11,500 square meters, 2,726.52 m2 of which are dedicated to the permanent exhibition and the rest to warehouses, workshops, administrative offices and other auxiliary spaces.
